Total registration fee includes organizational expenses, rent of conference rooms, registration kit, coffees and lunches during conference, gala dinner and field trip.

In the event of a change in the pandemic situation, participants with the full conference fee paid will be refunded the difference between the in-person and online conference format.
- Until 30th May 2021 – 10% of conference fee
- Until 11th June 2021 – 50% of conference fee
- After 11th June 2021 – 100% of conference fee
All payments should be made in EUR. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender.
In exceptional cases (e.g. American participants) it is possible to contact the organizers and find another solution.

When making the payment, state “your first name-surname-ForumCarpaticum” into the message for recipient, so that your payment can be identified.
You will receive the payment receipt upon the registration at the conference.
